The IQ Suite has separate documents for terms, privacy, GDPR and security. These current documents replace the older
combined legal notice previously shown on this page.
- Terms of Service - use of the Service, subscriptions, credits, AI outputs, integrations, HMRC, ITSA, Companies House workflows and liability.
- Privacy Policy - personal data, financial records, ledgers, AI processing, analytics, subprocessors, retention and rights.
- GDPR Policy and DPA - controller/processor roles, Article 28 terms, subprocessors, HMRC/Companies House data, security and breach support.
- Security Practices - encryption in transit and at rest, encrypted database storage, access controls, secure integrations and vulnerability reporting.
